Anika, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (MSW, LISW-S, LCSW-S), has extensive experience working with individuals, families, and groups. Over the years, she has successfully supported clients in overcoming childhood trauma, relationship issues, low self-image, and self-esteem challenges, fostering personal growth. Embracing a holistic, strength-based approach to healing, Anika creates a safe and compassionate environment where you can find solace and acceptance, even in the places within yourself burdened by shame. At Phoenix Soaring Counseling, Anika provides person-centered therapy to clients aged 12 and older, helping them navigate their journey towards well-being.
